This is a stretching program I learned while training with the Kyunghee University Team in Suwon Korea in 2006. We did this program at the beginning and end of almost every training session we had. All stretches should be held for 30 seconds – 1 minute on each side. Have your partner slowly increase pressure during the stretch to facilitate improvement in mobility. To increase mobility these kinds of stretches should be done after a thorough warmup or at the end of a training session.
